The NGOs providing humanitarian help in Angola have stepped up their efforts since peace has returned. The Development Workshop is an Angolan NGO with a presence in Huambo, the former Unita headquarters and the city that has suffered the most in the last few years. It hosts the Angonet email server in Huambo, which is providing essential but limited communication to 34 NGOs. These pictures were taken by Alan Paul on a recent visit.
