In addition to
ensuring business objectives, my key responsibilities are to liase with
donors, community leaders, government and the private sector in order to
ensure full participation and integration of our projects with Provincial
and National plans. This requires managing a consortia of diverse skills in
order to provide an integrated approach to rural development.
